Staff Augmentation/Project Subset Service

Any of BAI’s primary services can be provided on an hourly basis to augment the client’s existing staff or as a team to handle a subset of any project as needed. Depending on the client’s unique situation, these individuals will work either on site for the client or at BAI’s offices, but will be under the direction and supervision of client management. BAI will assign a Consulting Services Manager to each client who will meet periodically to ensure that their needs are being met. Small sub-project teams can be created and will have the full resources and support of Bracy Analytics at their disposal to assist in completing their assigned task.
